Big behaviours don’t have to become big emergencies.

Many camps want to welcome every child—but feel unprepared when behaviours become explosive, unsafe, disruptive, or overwhelming.

When staff and volunteers don’t know what to do, everyone feels it:

  • Children feel misunderstood
  • Leaders feel anxious or powerless
  • Other kids feel unsettled
  • Teams feel exhausted

This training changes that.
